Dr. Sarah Harlow has practiced in Alpharetta for over 17 years, building a patient base that spans three generations of the same families. A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, she holds a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry — a credential earned by fewer than 7% of dentists nationally — and pursues over 100 hours of continuing education each year.

Yes — we're currently welcoming new patients and their families. We try to get new patients in within two weeks, and often sooner. You can request an appointment online or give us a call.
We do. We see children from age three and up. Many of our families have been with us since Dr. Harlow opened, and we now see the same kids as adults. Starting children early in a relaxed, positive environment makes a real difference long-term.
You're in good company. A significant portion of our patients come to us specifically because of anxiety after bad experiences elsewhere. We offer nitrous oxide sedation and a standing policy: you can stop at any time, for any reason. Just tell us and we stop.
Block off about 90 minutes. We do a thorough exam, full set of X-rays, an oral cancer screening, and a cleaning — and Dr. Harlow takes time to talk with you about what she finds. We don't rush first appointments.
In many cases, yes. We use CEREC in-office milling technology, which allows us to design, fabricate, and place a ceramic crown in a single appointment — no temporary crown, no second visit, no waiting for a lab.
Just your insurance card and a photo ID. We'll send you a new patient form to fill out online before your visit so you're not stuck with a clipboard. If you have recent X-rays from a previous dentist, we're happy to request those records on your behalf.
